Mississauga Permits
When a ravine or valley lot needs CVC approval
Construction on a ravine lot, near the Credit River, or within a valley or shoreline hazard in Mississauga falls under Credit Valley Conservation. Under Ontario Regulation 41/24, the CVC regulates work that alters grades, removes trees, or places fill near valley slopes, floodplains, and wetlands. Building on regulated land without that clearance can trigger an immediate stop-work order and significant restoration costs, so the permit is not something to leave to chance.
How we manage the submission
We take the technical submission off your hands: the site surveys, arborist reports, and geotechnical studies the CVC requires, prepared and coordinated so your project receives clearance before a municipal building permit is issued. Complete applications typically take several weeks to review, which is why we begin the conservation process early in planning rather than once construction is imminent. The result is a luxury landscape that is both fully compliant and built without avoidable delays.
